These exercises and routines are designed to help you strengthen, tone, re-align and find balance not just in your core but through that your whole body. You will strengthen the muscles protecting the most venerable part of your spine thus preventing and reducing back pain and injury. Plus, yogi core strength is a necessity for those of you who want to learn and practice cool yoga handstands, arm balances and more.
Throughout the week, we'll be activating our core with our Yogic breath, using our exhales to support and initiate intelligent and strong movements. We will be developing and supporting better posture and helping you differentiate between real core strength and your perception of core strength.
