This program will bring you 14 different barre and pilates workouts for a daily total body blast that will help trim and define your body while energizing your mind.

Program Details:

You will learn proper posture while focusing on building lean muscle and core strength. Core strength is an important component to perform better in activities of daily life, strengthen back muscles, improve imbalances, improve posture, and decrease injury.

During the next 2 week you are going to focus on postural strength and alignment while getting a total body workout. You will work to develop balance and perform small isometric movements to target both small and large muscle groups.

Are you going to work hard? YES, you are going to SWEAT!

In the next 14 days you will learn a new workout discipline and get excited for your daily workouts because they quick, efficient, and always changing to add variety and prevent you from getting bored.
