Watch this video and learn how to avoid pantylines, sweatlines, whale tail and more!
It’s really a personal choice, but here are tips with whatever I can do to help!
I have two separate categories for practicing at home and outside. I wear normal underwear at home and sometimes use lacy thongs outside. Try getting these in nude, as they can be a true savior!
However, off late, I prefer no underwear since thongs can be unhealthy as the bacteria can spread as it moves around. This also takes off my worries from panty lines.
How to avoid whale tails?
– Choose darker colour leggings like black or navy blue.
– Buy yoga leggings of wicking material, since they absorb sweat and dry faster! Exactly what you’re looking for. Avoid cotton leggings since they are heavy and get damp.
– Buy warm up knits or shorts to wear on your pants. It looks really cute, and does it’s work of hiding the sweat really well!
