By munching on high fiber foods like apples and opting for healthier drinks like green tea or black coffee, you can keep your breath smelling delightfully fresh throughout the day!
You can minimize the odor caused by sulfur compounds in garlic and onions. Soak sliced onion in water, lime juice or vinegar solution for some time before cooking. After eating, chew on carrots, parsley, cardamom, coffee beans or suck a lemon wedge. Drink some green or peppermint tea, apple juice or milk. Use lemon juice, apple cider vinegar or baking soda solution as a mouthwash.
Blend 1 lemon, 1 cucumber, 1 tbs grated ginger, 1 tbs of aloe vera juice, a bunch of cilantro/parsley and ½ glass of water until smooth and drink before bedtime. This drink boosts your metabolism rate and burn fat as you sleep. Cucumber and lemon flush fat and toxins respectively, while ginger eases digestion and parsley/cilantro is rich in antioxidants.
