To tackle a nosebleed at home, sit down, lean slightly forward, and pinch the soft part of your nose so that your nostrils are closed for about 10 minutes. You can also apply a cold compress, a cypress oil or lemon oil compress, witch hazel, or pomegranate juice.
Your nasal septum is a straight wall made of bone and cartilage which should ideally divide your nasal cavity into two equal parts. In some cases, due to a birth defect, or an injury to the nose, the septum bends severely to one side. This can make it difficult to breathe through your nose. It can also cause chronic sinus infections, nosebleeds, headaches, snoring, and disturbed sleep.
Deviated nasal septum is very common among the adult population. Some are born with it while some others get it as a result of a birthing trauma. But a good number of people, especially adults, get it from a facial injury. Anti-snoring devices like nasal strips, chin strips, and mandibular advancement devices can also reduce snoring by allowing you to breathe properly through your nose. Natural remedies such as yogurt, turmeric, and pineapple, as well as saline nasal washes and peppermint steam inhalations, can come in handy if a stuffy nose is making you snore.
Early signs of dehydration include sunken eyes, looking lethargic, moving around slowly, dry nose, and excessive panting. Any change in behavior is also a red flag. If not treated, dehydration becomes more severe, resulting in weak hind legs and unable to stand on their own feet.

Be prepared to take antibiotics if you have a bad case that is a furuncle or a carbuncle.
Chin acne is caused by hormonal imbalances like polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid problems, stress, and menstruation. Hormonal acne may also show up on the jawline, but pimples here are usually from digestive issues. Fiber and probiotics can help. Breakouts on the nose and T-zone point to liver problems, while forehead acne means poor kidney function. Avoiding dehydration will fix this. Poor lung health may cause cheek acne. Take 1t of turmeric powder with warm milk, every morning and before bedtime on a regular basis. Up your intake of citrus fruits, garlic, horseradish (if you hate the strong flavor, mix it with honey!) in your daily meal plan. Dip a cotton bud in tea tree oil and apply it along the nasal passage at least twice a day.
Soak a clean cotton ball in diluted tea tree oil, chamomile tea, or a mix of sea salt+water and apply to the affected area. Dosha imbalances, especially of pitta, lead to retinal malfunction or dryness of the eyes. Go easy on spicy food and eat veggies and fruits rich in vits A and C, like bitter gourd, mangoes, and amla, and dairy products like milk and ghee. Wash your eyes with plain cold water or by mixing triphala powder in it. Try procedures like tarpana and nasya after consulting an Ayurvedic doctor. Don't stay up late or sleep during the day.

Its main compound terpinen-4-ol has been proven to possess antimicrobial functions so tea tree oil can effectively fight with any type of sinuses invaders. To use, add it to water and to steam the nasal passageways with the help of a vaporizer.
