Mix 4–5 tsps baking soda in 400 ml water. Massage your scalp with it, then rinse off. Now apply an ACV and water mixture in the ratio of 1:4. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wash off. The soda cleans your scalp, while the ACV moisturizes it and prevents hair cuticles from damage. You could also mix 2–4 tsps ACV in 300 ml water to use as a hair rinse after shampooing. Add essential oils to this if you wish.
Cut out a piece of fabric using sunglasses as a template. Soak green tea, mint and cucumber in 6 ounces of hot water. Let it cool, soak your eye mask in it and it’s ready to use. You can mix 1 cup of rice, few drops of essential oils and fresh herbs and pop it in a 350 degree F oven for 15 min in a parchment paper. Fill it in the eye mask and use it.
