Anxiety is a tough battle to face day in and day out! Several essential oil blends including calming, grounding, joyful, and uplifting blend can slow brain wave patterns to produce sensations of relaxation and promote a cheerful, positive attitude. Other oils like lavender, wild orange, ylang ylang, geranium, bergamot have also been proven to soothe frayed nerves.

Top 10 Essential Oils
1. Calming Blend
It consists of lavender flower, sweet marjoram leaf, roman chamomile flower, ylang ylang flower, Hawaiian sandalwood essential oils and vanilla bean absolute. It calms the mind and body; lessens feelings of tension; promotes relaxation; promotes restful sleep.
2. Grounding Blend
It is a combination of spruce needle/leaf, ho wood, frankincense resin, blue tansy flower and blue chamomile flower essential oils with fractionated coconut oil. It promotes a state of balance and tranquility; eases anxious feelings; promotes relaxation.
3. Joyful Blend
consists of lavandin flower, lavender flower, Hawaiian sandalwood, tangerine peel, Melissa flower, ylang ylang flower, elemi resin, osmanthus flower and lemon myrtle leaf essential oils. It’s energizing; helps balance hormones; elevates mood; increases vitality; promotes feelings of confidence.
4. Uplifting Blend
It is a blend of wild orange peel, clove bud, star anise fruit/seed, lemon myrtle leaf, nutmeg kernel, vanilla bean extract, ginger rhizome, cinnamon bark, and zdravetz herb. It promotes a cheerful, positive attitude; counteracts negative emotions.

Diffuse in a diffuser; combine with a carrier oil and apply to bottom of feet, wrists, neck; add to bath water with Epsom salts.
When using essential oils, a little goes a long way. The recommended amount is 1-2 drops essential oil per use. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, or other sensitive areas. Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil for topical use.
Use caution when applying the Joyful Blend, Uplifting Blend, Wild Orange, and Bergamot topically. These are photosensitive oils and you should avoid direct sunlight or UV Rays for up to 12 hours after application.
