Most Effective HIIT Training Routines For Quick Fat Burn
Email to Your Friends
Science has proven that short intense training sessions is the way to burn fat fast. Therefore, high intensity interval training (HIIT) is quite effective in this area. While doing HIIT, you’ll be working as hard as you possibly can for a short amount of time, resting, then working hard again. That’s why an entire HIIT session usually only lasts for about 10–20 mins.
In today’s blog post let’s talk about one of my most favorite topics in the world a.k.a the most effective way to train and how to burn fat fast.
I know it’s not easy to make room for a proper workout regimen when your daily schedule already contains emails, work, socializing, lunch, commuting, dinner, parenting (or grandparenting), and being a decent spouse. I know exactly what you’re trying to juggle and this is exactly the reason why I’m so excited to share all my training secrets today.
Especially if you’re constantly short on time, there are some tips & tricks to train most efficiently and I’m super excited to share them with you.
Training does not need to be complicated or time consuming and high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout routine is the answer you’ve been looking for. Science has proven that shorter, more intense training sessions are the way to burn fat fast.
I’m Sure You Already Heard About HIIT Training, But What Exactly Is It?
It’s an exercise strategy alternating periods of short, intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. In other words, you’ll be working as hard as you possibly can for a short amount of time, resting, then working hard again. That’s why an entire HIIT training session usually only lasts for about 10 – 20 minutes.
Why Is HIIT Training So Effective?
During high intensity interval training your body produces lots of growth hormones and those are the babies we want. Why? They force your system to directly dive into its fat reserves for energy instead of using glucose. HIIT training furthermore stimulates lean muscle growth and this pushes your metabolism big time, because the more muscle you have, the more calories you’re going to burn.
Another amazing benefit of HIIT training you’ll burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after you finished your training session (EPOC). This is because your muscles are not getting enough energy during your HIIT workout, so they need to replenish the energy afterwards.
My personal favorite reason why I absolutely love to train my clients (and also myself) with HIIT training is because it gives you the freedom to do it anytime and anywhere. It’s all about the intensity. You don’t need a gym or any equipment, you only need some space in your living or hotel room and are good to go.
HIIT training gives us the freedom to train according our own schedule and the flexibility to integrate it in our hectic lives.
