  1. Mix dry oats and water in 2:1 ratio. That is, if you’re using a cup of dry oats, add 1/2 cup of water to it.
  2. Microwave it to make oatmeal while keeping an eye on the temperature setting.
  3. Let the meal cool down so that it’s comfortable to touch.
  4. To this, add about 1 tsp of finely ground almonds.
  5. Add a bit of honey and mix thoroughly to make a paste.
  6. If the paste is too thick and hard, add a little water to achieve the right consistency.
