  • Water
  • Dry oats

  1. Mix dry oats and water in 2:1 ratio. That is, if you’re using a cup of dry oats, add 1/2 cup of water to it.
  2. Microwave it to make oatmeal while keeping an eye on the temperature setting.
  3. Let the meal cool down so that it’s comfortable to touch.
  4. To this, add about 1 tsp of finely ground almonds.
  5. Add a bit of honey and mix thoroughly to make a paste.
  6. If the paste is too thick and hard, add a little water to achieve the right consistency.

How To Use

  • Apply this mixture on your face and leave it on for about 15 mins.
  • Ensure that the mixture doesn’t get into your eyes.

How To Use

  • Apply the mixture evenly on your face without touching your eyes.
  • Leave it on for about 15–30 mins.
