Strain and enjoy. Chia Berry Smoothie: Blend 1 cup frozen mixed berries, juice from 1/2 pomegranate, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tbs chia seeds. Strain and drink.

- 2 cups spinach leaves packed
- 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 15 green or red grapes
- 6 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped avocado
- 1 or 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
You can put all these items in a blender or a food processor and pulse it until you get a desired consistency.
Chia Berry Smoothie
Blend 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds. You can sprinkle extra chia seeds if you want.
Blend 5 raw almonds, 1 red apple, 1 banana, 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
