Just as its name suggests, this pose involves standing on your head while supporting it with you hands. For the starters one can use the wall to assist in keeping a straight pose and avoid falling. Kneel on the ground while your head is touching the ground, with put you hands on the head and lift your body such that it is perpendicular to the ground. This pose helps in drawing fresh blood to the upper part of the body
