Honey is the only alternative needed. It's a matter of learning to work with honey without killing It's health benefits. My herbalist approves of natural stevia...green form and honey. I skip the stevia because honey tastes better.

All true. Not only sugar but carbs such as white bread, white rice, or anything made out if flour or starch, all those will turn into sugar. I cut back on all of it and notice a big difference around my mid sections. It really helps. It is very hard at first and I still will eat carbs but uts right after gym if I workout mote than 90 minutes

My weakest was candy. Jelly beans, hot tamales, mike & ikes, and candy corn. I stop going down the candy isle. 1 week and counting.

We can get the right amount of sugar from our food intake if we remember starch turns to sugar sugar turns to fat you draw the line don't forget to eat fruits and vegetables but stay away from a white bread or sugar or flour

Actually m trying it n it's Day 4 without sugar.At first I thot I really can't do it as I can give up Tea but not tea widout sugar.But I succeeded ☺️ and lets see if I can follow it!!

I cant quit sugar, its like a drug to be, I do yoga, eat herbs and veg, dont smoke or drink, no pots, but only do sugar... :P :D You know Indian sweets.. :D but I'll try to eat good sugar and also burn that energy efficiently. :)
