Rub ACV directly on your teeth or mix it with your homemade mouthwash to whiten teeth. Apply diluted ACV to your face to help reduce fine lines and prevent acne. Combine 1 tsp each of ACV+cayenne pepper, 3 tsp honey in a glass of warm water to soothe a sore throat. Drinking ACV in a cup of water/tea before meals can help ease gas or constipation.

Apple Cider Vinegar is one of my favorite wellness tools. I use it daily along with my beloved coconut oil. One of my favorite ways to use both is to add them to my morning green smoothie.

Apple cider vinegar combined with a little olive oil makes a great salad dressing too! It aids with detoxification, improved digestion, weight loss, and lowers blood pressure.

It is rich in enzymes and supports a healthy immune system. Apple Cider Vinegar also helps control weight, promotes digestion and Ph balance, helps soothe dry throats, removes body sludge toxins, maintains a healthy skin, promotes healthy bodies, soothes irritated skin, and relieves muscle pain from exercise.

Pretty amazing, right? Here are a few ways you can get started using Apple Cider Vinegar.

Top 5 Uses For Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Soothe A Sore Throat

Combine one teaspoon apple cider vinegar; one teaspoon cayenne pepper; and three teaspoons organic honey in a glass of warm water.

Skip the honey if you are vegan and try agave nectar or coconut nectar instead.

2. Ease Your Tummy

Combine one tablespoon apple cider vinegar with a cup of water or tea and drink before your meals. Doing this will help ease gas, ease constipation, and stimulate digestive juices.

3. Boost Your Natural Beauty

Apple cider vinegar is a natural astringent for your skin. Dilute the apple cider vinegar and apply to your face. This helps absorb excess oil, reduce fine lines, and helps smooth your skin.

If your skin is acne prone, try putting a small amount of apple cider vinegar on your blemishes before bed and leave on overnight.

4. Whiten Teeth

Rub apple cider vinegar directly on your teeth then rinse with water. Do this one occasionally as it will break down tooth enamel.

You can also include apple cider vinegar in a homemade whitening mouthwash. Combine one teaspoon apple cider vinegar with one cup of water.

5. Say Bye-Bye To Dandruff

Combine equal parts apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray onto hair after shampooing and leave on for 15 minutes, rinse.

It is recommended to do this twice a week to see results. You can also use apple cider vinegar mixed with water in place of conditioner.

When choosing apple cider vinegar go for an organic raw brand like Bragg. That is my favorite brand and I go through it quite often.

Remember quality matters when it comes to your health and the products you use so choose wisely.
