Combine ½ avocado, ½ small banana, ¾ cup water, 1/3 cup of California walnuts, 1/3 cup of coconut milk and 2 tbsp Manuka honey. Add the juice from 1 lime and blend all ingredients together for 1 minute. You may substitute coconut milk with soy milk or rice milk. Adding protein powder will make this smoothie a complete meal in itself.

- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 small banana
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup California walnuts(crumbs or halves)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (reduced fat)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice from 1 lime
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth for about 1 minute.
