I love yoga. was so sick for many years could not do it anymore. I am starting slowly and it is therapeutic in so many ways.
I love it. Flexibility is ignored over strength and endurance. Seems the position 5, reading top line left to right, would take 10 minutes on its own, if you didn't pop a ligament first.
