I can't drink water with lemon...my teeth are too sensitive even when using straw, but I'll try the strawberry grapefruit detox.

Well, this you need to buy the emon, cokes, mint.... but try to do something like that. How r ver, the warm lemon water is ket, just get lemon juice or lemons from cafeteria?
You can do it both the ways, when kept over night you can throw the ingredients and consume the water for the whole day, making it 30min before the consumption you can refill them
Your advice is confusing, the first time I saw this picture (the one with the pitcher, lemons, cucumbers, etc) in that recipe it was suggested to prepare the water the night before, and now in this posting it is indicated to prepare and let it sit for 30 minutes, then drink the water and refill it about 3 times, before discarding the ingredients. So what it is? Let it sit over night or for 30 minutes?????
Cucumber causes gastric irritation for some people so watch out.detox tea is good.you can add a pinch of cardamom powder also.it really helps with digestion
