Blend 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 10 fresh cherries, 1 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 avocado, 1 banana, 2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 fresh basil leaves, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp coconut flakes, 1 tsp honey, 5 raw cashews and a dash of cinnamon until smooth and serve chilled. This smoothie has good amounts of Vitamin C and fiber.
Coconut is cooling in nature and is rich in saturated fats and fiber. While cranberry is a good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6. This smoothie also includes the goodness of blueberries, avocado and chia seeds.
Cranberry Coconut Smoothie:
-1/4 cup dried cranberries

Combine all ingredients in a blender; pulse until smooth.
Pour into serving glass.
