Lucy Eustaquio glad u r fine. Sofia Zubairi I use the root in 3 different ways regularly though not everyday. 1. I add them to my veg juices like carrot cucumber beetroot celery and an inch of turmeric and also half an inch of ginger. 2. I grate a small piece in curries and pulses that I cook. 3. I boil them in half a cup of water and add pepper and a small drop of homemade butter or coconut oil. Then add milk boil further and strain then add sugar or honey or jaggery and give it to my kids during winter mornings. U can try one of them or combine them in diff ways not all ways though bcos too much of anything is not too good. But try having them atleast 5 days a week in diff forms
First of all God the Almighty Father keeps on healing, curing and helping me get well through the prayers I do everyday where ever I am . Always pray everyday not only when there are happy, difficult, quiet and easy moments of our life. You not only seek, praise, worship, trust and thank God everyday. When life is tough or great "PRAY". Prayer is the key to everything. Secondly I also thank the best doctors at Morristown Medical Center who keeps on treating and helping me prescribe with the right medications through the guidance of God through my prayers everyday. I always have FAITH and TRUST in God so I can be strong for my family. Thirdly by eating the right food like mushroom and goyabano fruit and healthy vegetables and fruits but always refrain from also the foods that would make you worst flare up your disease. Lastly my Indian friend with the initial of MG had told me about tumeric to try it and ET a good Filipino friend of mine to try ashistaba . I will keep on trying till I get well because I have faith in God and I trust HIM for everything.
Thank you so much, Lucy! I don't have cancer, but I have RA and Fibromyalgia so bad that it was really limiting my life. I had heard that turmeric might help due to its anti-inflammatory affect, but I had no idea just how to use it.
I have been taking turmeric and methi powder together for the last three or more years and have noticed amazing changes in my overall health and particularly my diabetes. It is simple routine with the great results. I cannot say enough about the benefits enjoyed.
I DONT THINK SO better to take plain if you have cancer for two to three months and then you can mix with honey and lemon
We all run to doctors if you study we have all remedies, but you have to take pains which no one wants to take, a pill is so much easier
I made a turmeric tea today and it hit the spot since it was a chilly day. Can also make a honey and turmeric paste and eat a teaspoon daily.
What do you think about mixing tumeric with warm milk and honey? Do you think it will have a similar effect?
