You can also use your index finger to massage inside the smaller crevices if your thumbs do not fit in. Finally, pull down the earlobes gently while making circles with your thumb and index finger.

Here’s how you can massage ears
- Rub, in small circular motions with your thumbs, inside the widest upper part of the ears while you hold them from outside with your index and middle fingers.
- Use your index finger to massage inside the smaller crevices and along the front of your ear where it attaches to the head if your thumbs do not fit.
- Lastly, massage the earlobes by gently pulling them down and also making circles with your thumb and index finger.
