You could also use coconut oil, soak in a magnesium or an oatmeal bath, or apply apple cider vinegar to reduce symptoms associated with skin allergies.

1. Coconut Oil:

2. Magnesium Baths:

Magnesium and detox baths can bring relief to those suffering from skin allergies, especially eczema. Add a few cups of Epsom salts to your bath, and it’ll help ease the symptoms of skin allergies.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar:

Organic apple cider vinegar is an excellent remedy to treat rashes and soothe the itching. Its acetic content also helps fight the cause of the skin affection or allergy. To apply, dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it to the affected area. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash.

4. Oatmeal:

Before using this, first check if you’re allergic to oatmeal. If you are, completely avoid this remedy. Oatmeal is great for alleviating skin irritation and inflammation due to its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. It is very effective in treating rashes caused by eczema, sunburns and other skin allergies. To use, grind oatmeal and add it to your bath. Soak in it for about 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat this till your pain and discomfort eases.
