The Top 8 Foods That Blast Fat

The top foods that help blast fat are Avocados, Wild Salmon, Raw Nuts, Hot Peppers and Mustard, Green tea, Olive oil, and Garbanzo beans. Also people who are deficient in nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, Magnesium and Zinc, have a higher percentage of body fat and belly fat. All these foods help you lose weight and attain optimum health.

If you have found it a challenge to figure out which foods to add to your grocery list for effective fat burn, you are not alone. Avocados are high in healthy, fat-burning monounsaturated fat that helps reduce weight and increase optimal health. Avocados contain a rare form of sugar,(found primarily in avocados) called mannoheptulose. Mannoheptulose helps to lower excess insulin levels that can prevent you from storing fat.

2. Wild Salmon

Salmon is a treasure trove of weight loss goodies. It contains healthy omega 3 fats that help to reduce and reverse the fat cell inflammation result from weight gain. It is also high in protein. Protein is one key to triggering specific hormones such as CCK to help you feel as if you have had enough to eat. Protein also helps to synthesize muscle and muscle is metabolically active – helping you to burn calories even at rest.

Thank you for the response, I do believe in ayuveda, I do use seeds , nuts spices and organic foods. I'm watching my nutrition closer and I do have a follow-up for blood work in 6 moths. Thanks again.

Again I would have to have a better picture of your full diet to say for certain. There are a lot of things that can raise blood glucose levels but the foods in this article are not included in that list. If you have carb intolerance (fairly common), you can look at what your carb sources are. Some vegetables are very high in carbs such as carrots, beets, potatoes, even legumes. If you eat these things regularly and are carb intolerant, you can wind up with insulin resistance or elevated blood glucose. Regardless, proteins such as nuts and fish do not cause pre diabetes and I would still recommend a new doctor if yours told you not to eat these things.

I've never heard of such a thing. I would look at what other items you have in your diet.... Rice, bread, pasta - even "whole wheat" - those will contribute to insulin resistance and higher blood glucose in many people. So can "healthy" sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, and dates. As a nutrition student and intern I have NEVER heard of anyone becoming pre-diabetic from healthy fats like nuts and avocados. I would recommend you get a new doctor. Although, a diet rich in vegetables is a healthy diet.

I been doing exactly what you are talking about, for fat loss, intend my Dr. Toll me that I'm almost diabect and I need to drop all mega 6 , nuts ,avocados, coconut oil. .. now I'm only vegetables and some fruits. I m a very active person exercise at least 4 times per week. What do you think about this ?
