4 Surprising Reasons I Quit Drinking My Favorite Coffee
I can not even tell you how much I love coffee! I love the taste, flavor, waking up and having a freshly brewed coffee in the morning. I love the heartwarming smell in the air that reminds me of my childhood in my grandmothers kitchen. Yet I still decided to quit drinking coffee and in todays V-log I’ll explain you all the reasons why I made that decision and how you can too (if desired)!
Another reason I didn’t mention in the video is the fact that coffee was kind of taking control over me and my life and let me tell you, I don’t like the feeling that I need something. It reminded me of my smoking days, when I couldn’t go without a cigarette for a couple of hours, same with coffee, getting up in the morning, first thing I think about is to get my coffee and if I can’t have one I sure as hell find a way to go get one. Yes, this means even walking to a far away coffee shop every morning to get my fix – just happened recently in Bail 😉 It’s an addiction, period.

I love coffee and especially the I made mine before. Since Ive cut carbs, I can only have plain black with a little splenda, it taste awful so I really dont look forward to it in the morning and since it taste so bad, I tend to do find without it.
