We all know the health benefits of drinking the recommended amount of water everyday. While some of us are disciplined enough to hydrate our body regularly, the vast majority of us fail to replenish our water sources at the right time.

After get up 2 glass, after breakfast 1 glass, after lunch 1 glass, after dinner 2 glass, before go to bed /sleeping 2 glass. So that will makes your neer always good and health.
I liked this until I saw it was produced by Nestle. I wouldn't believe a word from that corporation.... Also drinking water during a meal isn't very Ayurveda-friendly
I drink a lot of water, actually. The first thing I do after use the restroom when I wake up is drink a small glass of water. Then I sip on a bigger container of water until it's gone throughout the day when I am thirsty. On the average, I probably drink 2-2.5 times the recommended 8 8oz glasses per day. As someone who suffers from 2 autoimmune diseases, I am somewhat educated through my research on gut health. My point of frustration was when a page says in one post (maybe weeks ago) to drink when thirsty, and here we have some schedule. Life happens and I drink when my body says to. Maybe I misunderstood your comment, but just to clarify my original meaning...
it GREATLY impacts your body and health depending on when you drink, or dont drink... 70% of your immune system is in your digestive tract...
Drinking water instead of hot tea at mealtime has never been taught by any Ayurvedic practitioner I've spoken too. It will put out your fire at mealtime
I'm drinking water when I am thirsty. Give me a break. Make me think some schedule holds the key to optimal water intake. Psh. Annoyed.
Drinking water during meal is not recommended. Its good to hav it half an hour before and two hours after having meal.
Drinking enough pure water is vital for every part of our bodies from head to to inside and out . Hydrating our cells, internal organs, skin etc... also hekps flush/ cleanse & lubricate Watm & room temperature water is best. Drinking with meals dilute digestive enzymes & effects proper digestion
