This is a 45-minute slow paced hatha yoga sequence you can try at home on the theme of cultivating the opposite. It’s appropriate for beginners with a very basic knowledge of yoga. However, intermediate yoga performers can also take up this easy to follow sequence.
There are not a lot of chaturangas or fast transitions, but it is a challenging and heating sequence. Holding poses for a long time is surely a great means of strengthening your muscles.
It is also suggested to dim the lights and try to perform this sequence as much as you can and with your eyes closed would also work just fine.
