In Ayurveda, Pitta Dosha represents transformational processes within the body. Usually, in each person, out of the three primary Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), one predominates.
The people of the Pitta Dosha Type (Pittas) are always pushing forward, expanding and growing. Decisive, funny, cooperative and confident, Pittas can often be seen at the head of the pack, encouraging the ones around them to rise-up. If the fire within them rages out of control, however, these qualities can transform into anger, over-working and a critical dictator-like spirit.
So how can you tell if you have a Pitta imbalance?
