Do not think of food as your enemy but figure out if cravings are an escape mechanism from other problems. Don't procrastinate or get demotivated if you slip on your goals. Hire a coach as it might be easier to be guided by someone who's been there and done that. Tap the power that lies within and be supremely confident of yourself. Where there is a Will, there is a Way.
1. It Isn’t About The Food
I kept trying to control the food. I thought that food was the enemy. Food was out to get me. It wasn’t. But I was running from something. Lots of things actually.
2. Don’t Wait!
Every day I would start afresh. And every day I would “screw up.” Each time I would promise myself that I would start again the next day. But it didn’t work. So I would recommend that you stop delaying your progress. Stop running. You can put this off forever if you keep allowing yourself to do so. You will never get the results you want until you get started on your plan.
3. Hire A Coach
Did you learn to read by yourself? Did you learn to drive a car by yourself? Maybe you did. But have you realized how many mistakes you could have avoided and how much faster you could have progressed with a mentor who had been there and already done it!? The key is to find a mentor to coach you to move ahead.
4. Get Out Of Your Own Way!
Say Yes. Invest in yourself. You can do this but you have to truly believe in your own personal power. Change your mindset from “I don’t know” and “I’m not sure” to “I can” and “I will, watch me.” A confident woman is unstoppable. Where there is a Will, there is a Way.
