Some of the causes of snoring are being overweight, smoking, consumption of alcohol. Hence, reducing the mucous in your throat and nasal passages will help reduce snoring. sleeping on your back or a very soft or large pillow and consuming sedative medications.

Reduce Snoring with Drinking Juice:

Juicing has innumerable benefits as it helps the body absorb nutrients from vegetables that are easier to digest. Fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrients, minerals and antioxidants that can strengthen the immune system. When you have a strong immune system, it can ward off any  upper respiratory tract infection that generally is the cause of excess mucous production. When you consume fruits and vegetables, excess mucous is softened and expelled. Juicing can also reduce inflammation. The best time to drink juice is usually on an empty stomach, about half an hour before a meal. When your stomach is empty, it tends to absorb more nutrients.

However, for those suffering from blood pressure and diabetes, must consult your doctor before trying this alternative method to reduce snoring.
