Spinach Celery Juice: Blend 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 carrot and 1 green apple until smooth and drink. Brussel Sprouts String Bean Juice: Blend 12 Brussels sprouts and 2 cups string beans until smooth, squeeze lemon and enjoy. Spinach, Celery and Parsley Juice: Blend 2 cups of spinach, 1 stalk celery, 1 cup parsley, 3 carrots and 1/2 green apple until smooth and drink.

One of the websites reportedly said that there are certain foods that can help reverse the Type 2 Diabetes. Although it sounds a bit doubtful but it is actually true. You can in fact reverse type 2 diabetes through exercise and healthy eating.

With a disease like Diabetes, management is one of the key elements which needs intense focus. Anyway, let’s see the recipe that can help reverse Type 2 Diabetes.

Spinach and Celery Juice

Ingredients

3 Handfuls of spinach
2 celery stalks with leaves
1 carrot
1 green apple
1 cucumber (optional)

Instruction: Wash and peel the carrot and green apple and remove the apple seeds. Juice the carrot and green apple together with spinach and celery.

Benefits: Carrots and lemon contain potassium which can help balance blood pressure. Spinach contains calcium, beta carotene, vitamins A and C, which provide multiple health benefits. Celery is rich in potassium and magnesium which are again so essential in the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure.

Brussel Sprouts and String Bean Juice

Ingredients

10-12 Brussels sprouts
2 cup string beans
1 cucumber (optional)
1 peeled lemon

Direction: Juice the Brussels sprouts, string beans, and lemon.

Benefits: The Brussels sprouts and the beans supply you with key minerals and energy through the creation of vitamin B6 and are a great source of insulin.

Spinach, Celery and Parsley Juice

Ingredients

2 Handfuls of spinach
1 stalk celery
1 Handful of parsley
3 carrots
1/2 green apple

Instruction: Juice 2 carrots, spinach, parsley, celery, and 2 carrots.

Benefits: The potassium, sodium, and other minerals will help you manage your blood glucose naturally and will also help to lower your blood pressure.

Important Note: Type 2 Diabetic people should, in fact, try exercising more, which is far more effective than any food.

Check fasting for diabetics. I do better with less food. Maybe overwhelming body. I eat when hungry.

My Doctpr does not recommend eating Carrots and Beets. 

As a diabetic for over 25 years I use Spinach, Garlic, Fresh Turmeric, Bottle Gourd or Pumpkin 

This has helped me prevent constipation.

I do juicing everyday for yrs .. An my sugar still high.. Sometimes I get so stress out..
