Part of my upper body workout (thirty minute arms by Tony Horton) has five sets of push-ups. Regular, feet on a chair, diamond dog with wide feet. This is the best to workout higher and lower on the chest and back side of the body.
I was doing what the P.T. therapist asked, but I should have stopped when it got painful. Ultimately my fault. .
Not for me...I did them as part of my P.T. exercise regimen for degenerative disk back trouble...now I have tendonitis in BOTH shoulders...very painful!
