To purify your lungs, get rid of all the dairy products from your diet. On the first day, drink a cup of herbal tea before bedtime. This will help release toxins. Next, consume grapefruit juice that'll improve the breathing system. Between breakfast and lunch, have carrot juice. Drink 400 ml of juice rich in potassium during lunch and cranberry juice before bedtime.

Lung Cleanse In 72 Hours

Step 1

To detox your lungs, the first thing that one should do is to get rid of all the dairy products from your house and your diet. Dairy products come with their own bag of toxins, therefore, cutting them down is the first step of the 72 hours of lung cleanse.

Step 2

In the first day of purification, you need to drink a cup of herbal tea before bedtime. It will release all of the toxins that cause constipation in the intestine. During the purification, you must not overload your pulmonary or any other part of the body with difficult work. Before breakfast, squeeze 2 lemons in 300 ml of water.

Step 3

Consume 300 ml of grapefruit juice, or a pineapple juice. Both of these juices contain natural antioxidants that improve the breathing systems.

Step 4

Between breakfast and lunch you should drink 300 ml of carrot juice. This juice will help you alkalize your blood during the 72 hour cleansing.

Step 5

During lunch time, drink 400 ml of juice rich in potassium. Potassium acts as a great cleansing tonic.

Step 6

Make 400 ml of cranberry juice before going to bed, which will help you in the fight against bacteria that can cause infections in the lungs.

Body Care and Exercises

Exercising can also be a helpful act as it releases a lot of toxins via sweat. Therefore a reasonable duration of exercise cold be much better. Moreover, you can also get rid of toxins through a daily 20-minute hot bath.

Another way to do the same, if you have lesser time is by steaming. Just take a bowl of hot water put 5 to 10 drops of eucalyptus. Place your head over the bowl and cover yourself with a towel. Inhale the steam until the water cools off.

What to Avoid?

You should be aware of the fact that this regime should not be interfered with smoking, or any form of nicotine and alcohol in anyway as they both will disturb the healing process taking place in the lungs.
