ordinary sugar is refined and bleached....honey, is real and natural sugar...unless you're using processed honey, then it is barely honey at all. Big difference between refined and natural sugar, lol.
it doesn't matter u consume sucrose in the form of honey or ordinary sugar. bcz acc to a survey both contain equal calories but it is a best purifier and oxidiser. still I prefer jaggery to health conscious people..
