And, because NAHA states that in aromatherpy a dose is 3 drops on a cotton ball in a closed jar, open the jar, take 3 sniffs and close the jar. So, in laboratory terms, and in practice terms, using a diffuser by definition is an over dose. In addition, if oils have therapeutic as well as toxic effects, using a diffuser exposes everyone to those effects, not simply those wanting treatment, which is professionally unethical.
