Treat lower back pain by applying pressure to the reflexes on the soles of your feet, the entire area around your heel and your ankle. Find the bone that joins the big toe and the second toe. Place your thumb in this area and apply pressure. Press for 1 min, keep inhaling and exhaling. Decrease the pressure and rub the area. Repeat the same on the other foot.

Curejoy Expert Dipti Mothay Explains:

Massaging Pressure Points On Feet for Back Pain

Most back pain is non-specific and can’t be traced to a particular event, such as an injury. But whether or not your back pain is intermittent or chronic, there are a few pressure points in your body which will help in reducing back pain. By massaging your feet you will be able to get rid of back pain, tension and stiffness.

Foot Reflex Points for Relieving Back Pain

Treat lower back pain by applying pressure to the reflexes on the soles of your feet, the entire area around your heel and around your ankle, as well as the inner edge of each foot—the reflex points for your spine are located along the inside edges of your feet. Upper back pain is treated by applying reflexology to the reflex points for your shoulders and upper back, which are represented on the soles and tops of your feet just beneath the base of your toes.

You can alleviate back and spinal pain by compressing the following acupressure points:

Sleeping Acupressure Foot Points for Back Pain

Sit straight and hold your feet. Take the right foot into your hands. Find the bone that joins the big toe and the second toe. Place your thumb in this area and put pressure on it. Press for one minute, keep inhaling and exhaling. Decrease the pressure and rub the area. Repeat the same on the other foot.

Sitting Acupressure Foot Points for Back Pain

Start by washing and drying your feet. Sit down on the bed or a chair. Cross your legs and hold the right foot in the left hand. Roll your hand back and forth on your right foot to relax the muscles. Now rub your thumb in the middle of your foot from the heel to toe. Thumb walk this area a few times to relax the muscles.

I try to do both here and there, but I just work too much there's not enough time in the day for everything. I'm going to try to make it in today before you close and this weekend I definitely need a massage. I haven't done accupuncture in a while.
