Mix the following ingredients in a blender: 1 mango, 1 banana, 3 ounces of orange juice, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 small Swiss chard leaf, 1/4 cup reduced-fat Greek style yogurt, 3 tbsp of chopped kale, and 5-6 ice cubes. Pulse the mix until smooth. Re-energize yourself with every sip of this wonder drink.

- 3 ounces of orange juice
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ Reduced Fat Greek Style Yogurt
- 3 tbsp kale, chopped
- 1 Small Swiss Chard leaf
- 5-6 Ice Cubes
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Serve and gulp down chilled.
