Lavender is since long time said that lavender oil benefits those with headaches, hangovers, sinus congestion and pain relief. To make the lavender lemonade that will cure headache, you will have to mix 1 cup raw honey, 12 cups pure water, 1 drop lavender essential oil (where to find), 6 lemons, peeled and juiced, and lavender sprigs for garnish. 

“Why would anyone choose to make a lavender lemonade at home to get rid of headache, while you already get a pill for that,” you might ask. Obviously there is a ton of reason for that.

One of the important reasons that you should know is that home-made herbal remedies has no side effects while the synthesized medicine come with a lot of chemicals for sure and can harm your body in many ways. There are other reasons too but let’s leave it here for now.

Lemonade is quite a strong flavored drink in itself. However, if you want to add flavor in it lavender is quite preferable. Moreover, not just for the flavor but also since lavender has a lot of medicinal values, you can make the best of it if you use it for any juice that you make at home.

Lavender is a wonderful aromatic herb and makes an incredible essential oil to use for your better health. Lavender oil has a chemically complex structure with over 150 active constituents, which explains its effectiveness at helping with a lot of health ailments.

Moreover, to be precise, lavender oil possesses amazing anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifier, hypotensive, and sedative properties. It is since long time said that lavender oil benefits those with headaches, hangovers, sinus congestion and pain relief.

How to make lavender lemonade for headaches?

Following are the ingredients that you will need in making the lavender lemonade.

Ingredients

– 1 cup raw honey
– 12 cups pure water
– 1 drop lavender essential oil (where to find)
– 6 lemons, peeled and juiced
Lavender sprigs for garnish

Instruction

First, mix all ingredients together and chill. Add more water or raw honey depending on your preference.
