4. Scalp Massage
Gentle massage of the scalp with medicated herb oil, sesame seeds oil, mustard oil, or coconut oil preferably half to one hour prior to head wash is recommended at least twice a week. The gentle massage will help strengthen the roots of the hair and condition the scalp and also increase blood circulation, rejuvenating the hair follicles.
Mix a piece of camphor in hair oil and massage it into the scalp on alternate days or twice a week and make sure you use synthetic camphor. It helps eliminate dandruff, which in turn helps avoid itchy scalp and reduce hair fall.
6. Navayas Lauh, Swarn Makshik, Etc.
Some Ayurvedic formulations like Navayas lauh, Swarn Makshik, etc. have also proved valuable for curing the malady of hair fall.
7. Bhram Rasayan
This is another formulation that generates a calming and soothing effect on the brain nerves and also tends to uproot the basic cause of the ailment of hair fall. It also helps prevent early graying of hair.

Amla oil.. You can buy from many shops.. But I find mustard hair oil works wonders... Just apply an hour before washing hair.. Nice and silky
