This is Surya Namaskar. BUT, The sequence is incorrect and incomplete. You should also know how to get back to the starting posture. It shud be pic # 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 6, 7, 8, 4, 3, 2 and again 1. These are the 12 steps in first half cycle. Observe pic # 4. First keep right foot between palms (pic # 4) in first half cyle of all 12 steps, and left foot in the 2nd half cycle. Only then you complete one cycle of Surya Namaskar. MOST IMPORTANT: You need to stabilise your body and mind in the starting posture before starting. You shud control your mind from diverting to other thoughts.
