I know, you think that because you have been struggling for so long and medicine has not helped 100% that you are stuck living your life with sadness forever, right?  Its absolutely NOT the case.

Dealing with Depression: Getting back “You”

Depression, or any of our individual challenges – anxiety, feeling stuck, fears come from many different sources.  For many of us it can begin with the generational component- having watched a parent, sibling, cousin, even grandparent struggle with depression.  We live our life day by day, then one day – either by trigger, an event, or just daily life – the sadness hits us, just like it did the others in our family.  You have no control over it, you cannot make it go away.  Maybe the medication helps a bit, but you are not yourself and you believe you never can be again.  It may be that you have been struggling for years.  It may be you just began this struggle.

Tanya really struggled with depression and anxiety and all the struggles that come with it – leaving the house was a problem, crying often, her life was not the same and she felt it never would be.

She is back to herself, living life, back at the gym, driving around – and back to who she truly is.

Don’t accept Depression as a part of your life:

The thing to know that is most important:

We do not have to struggle through life.  Although many feel there is hidden meaning and intent in our struggles, I truly dont believe we were put on this earth to struggle.  We have been given all we need to heal our minds, which in turn helps heal your bodies.   There is much truth in healthy mind, healthy body!

Are you ready to take control of your life again, I promise you can!   Write me, tell me a bit of what your struggle is right now.  If I cannot help, I will lead you to someone who can! Reach me at: [email protected].
