Grind 3 tbsp of black salt, 2 tbsp of jeera, 1 tbsp of carom seeds, one inch ginger piece using mortar and pestle. In a vessel add the grounded mix, 300 ml of water and bring to boil. Add 3-4 fresh mint leaves and close the lid. After a while, turn off the flame and add red sugar candy and let it melt. Filter it and sip this warm juice after breakfast and dinner.

Home remedy to ease your gas induced pain
Black salt – 3 tablespoon
Jeera – 2 tablespoon
Carom seeds/ ajwain – 1 tablespoon
Ginger – one inch piece
Red sugar candy – 2 tablespoon
Fresh mint leaves

Grind black salt, jeera, carom seeds, ginger using mortar and pestle (Do not add water).
In a vessel, add the ground ingredients and add 300 ml of water.
Bring the above ingredients to boil. The water level should come down to 200ml.
Add 3-4 fresh mint leaves and close the lid.
Turn off the flame and add red sugar candy.
Wait till the sugar candy melts to half of its quantity.
Filter it and sip this warm juice after breakfast and dinner.
For better results, drink this juice warm and take it for at least a week.
