Currently, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Yet, despite this, there are many individuals that are still oblivious to proper heart health and functioning. In order to bring awareness to both Health Aging Month and heart health, we are sharing the following visual resource, created by University of Florida’s online bachlelor’s in health education & behavior, which highlights Heart Disease 101, as well as proper heart health.
