  2. Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of honey, and 2 cups of boiling water to a container.
  3. Stir it well and then cover the container with a plastic wrap for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and drink.

Ginger With Cinnamon

Cinnamon acts as antiseptic that helps to kill the virus causing cold in your body. It also soothes sore throat and promotes sweating to clear the cold and its symptoms.

  1. Add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to the ginger, lemon, and honey tea.
  2. Mix it well and drink.

For the Ginger Lemon Juice and Honey Tea, wouldn't it be better to cover it with a saucer instead of plastic wrap?  Just because if your going to be doing this daily it would really cut down on waste.  Just a thought :)

first and foremost if you add honey tao boiling water it will deminish the enzymes from the honey and it will make it useless.second if you add lemon to the boiling water you will destroy if not all but at least 99 percent of the vitamin C.Stop posting bulshit and don't fool people please.thank you !
