Method Of Preparation:

Peel and slice the kiwi fruits, cucumber, lime and chop up the mint. Take a pint sized mason jar and fill it with a little bit of each ingredient. Then, fill the jar with fresh water and place the beverage in the refrigerator overnight to help release the nutrients from these super foods. Drink the beverage in the morning to cleanse the body naturally.

–Strawberry Kiwi

Strawberries and kiwis are packed full of vitamin A, E and C. Creating detoxifying fruit water with these fruits is the perfect way to help keep you looking young and beautiful.

Method Of Preparation:

Take two pint sized mason jars and add in some slices of these fresh fruits. Then add some fresh water to them and place the jars in the refrigerator to release their cleansing and nourishing nutrients.
