The pancreas play a very vital role in digestion. When food empties from your stomach into the small intestine, it mixes with digestive enzymes from the pancreas that neutralize stomach acid, preventing damage to the intestine. These enzymes also break down your food, so it can be absorbed by your body. The pancreas are responsible for the production of insulin, which reduces blood sugar levels and allows your body to store food energy for future use. Eating the right foods can heal and nourish your pancreas. It may also help you avoid pancreatitis, a painful inflammation of the pancreas.
Foods that can help heal your pancreas:
Broccoli is an excellent source of sulfur compounds, that ward of cell mutation as well as rapid multiplication of cancer cells. Hence, the consumption of broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables is said to very good for pancreatic cancer. Broccoli’s flavonoid apigenin protects pancreatic tissue. Consume it raw.
Garlic contains a bio active compound called allicin. This compound has antioxidant properties and can prevent cancer and inflammation of the pancreas. It also contains other beneficial nutrients—such as sulfur, arginine, oligosaccharides, flavonoids, and selenium—which have very positive effects on pancreatic tissues.
Red grapes are a good source of resveratrol, which is a powerful antioxidant. This saves the pancreatic cells from free radical damage. Red grapes also prevent the blood vessels from damage and reduce inflammation.
Sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene which is a power antioxidant and helps keep pancreatic cancer at bay. It also protects the pancreas, releasing sugars gradually into the body, thereby not putting undue stress on the digestive system.
Tofu is an excellent source of low-fat protein. You need protein in your diet for healing, but too much fat will exacerbate any pancreas problems.
The other foods that can be beneficial for your pancreas are spinach, probiotic yogurt, blueberries and cherries, tomato and tomato soup and red reishi mushrooms.

My dear si...
I have two times pancreas attack. So what foods for ovied me, nd how much dangerous it's for me ?
Resveratrol is a better choice than red grapes as the contain high levels of glucose. Resveratrol is made from grape seeds and it doesn't alter the glucose levels. Tofu is highly processed. I can't believe they're recommending it.
I'm leaving that problem, now! I'm going to lay down, pray for the pain to stop.. This inflammation is Not a good feeling. The only thing they will do is give you a bunch of pain medication.
