The Number One Weight Loss And Exercise Mistake!

In today’s V-log, I am talking about the number one mistake so many people do when it comes to weight loss and exercise.

Have you ever forced yourself to continue running or biking, even though your body screamed Stop or your mind told you, Boring? Do you still believe, the more time you invest in your training, the better? Yes? Then, you have to watch this body hack.

This body hack explains, why doing extended sessions of cardio is bad for you, since it breaks down your muscles. And, how choosing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) over extended sessions of cardio, aids muscle building and weight loss.

You will be surprised about how many people do not know about that! Watch it now!

During my student days, I was never really happy with my body and was always trying to lose weight. Back in the days, before my career as a certified personal trainer and health coach, I was being told that running for hours is the best way to lose weight, so I thought I should just give it a try.

I had scheduled three running sessions, at 60 minutes per week. Started always super motivated with exquisite beats in my ears and a heart monitor on my chest. And, most of the time, I found myself super bored and exhausted only 20 minutes later. Seriously, I could not believe how long 60 minutes can feel.

No need to mention that I never really stuck to my new running-weightloss projects. Little did I know that, I was doing one of the biggest weight loss and exercise mistakes!
