1. Frankincense Essential Oil
It contains anti-inflammatory and restorative properties. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and helps with anti-aging brain support. Combine 1-2 drops essential oil with a carrier oil and apply to the back of your neck, under your nose, along hairline or diffuse.
2. Cedarwood Essential Oil
This contains anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to calm, stimulate and protect the brain. To use this oil, combine with a carrier oil and apply topically on the back of your neck and bottom of feet or use aromatically in a diffuser.
3. Sandalwood Essential Oil
It contains anti-inflammatory and calming properties. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and promotes optimal brain function and repair. Use aromatically in a diffuser or apply topically (mixed with a carrier oil) under nose, back of neck or bottom of feet.
4. Clove Essential Oil
This oil contains antioxidant, antibacterial and regenerative properties. It provides brain protective antioxidants. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply topically to bottoms of feet.

This consists of amyris bark, patchouli leaf, frankincense resin, lime peel, ylang ylang flower, hawaiian sandalwood, and roman chamomile flower essential oils.
