Energy Boosting Smoothies For Your Specific Blood Type

Blend until smooth: 1/2 cup each of raspberries and pineapple, 1 cup torn kale, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1 cup milk (almond milk for type O, soy milk for type A, 2% cow's milk for types B and AB), 2 tbsp butter (almond butter for types O and B, peanut butter for types A and AB), 2 tsp agave syrup, 1 tbsp flax seeds, and 2 scoops blood-type-specific Protein Blend.
