well. best is to drink it before do anything else. don't worry for the smelly mouth. warm water with lemon will kill all bacteria and smells. just try!!

Can someone clarify, if we need to drink as soon as we wake up from bed or after cleaning the mouth, which aquires some bad smelly coat on tounge and some sticky saliva in mouth and throat from last night. I am so confused since many days, as some ayurvedic people suggest to scrape tounge and clean mouth before any drink.. please help
