I'm so proud of myself .I haven't touched a ciggeratte in 3years.....but I still think about one every now and then.....but I don't need ...
Soeren sent me a vape machine. I understand that I am inhaling 6mg of nicotine. What is wonderful is there are no chemicals and it is moisture that is created from the flavored juice in a tank that sits on top of the battery pack. Will send you a picture. You would have to google "What is vaping" because I just know that I don't like cigs or their taste it how it makes my mouth feel dry and harsh. Mom
Vaping can be defined as the act of inhaling water vapor through a personal vaporizer (the vaper’s tobacco-free version of the traditional cigarette). Vaping is an alternative to smoking. It’s like smoking minus several of the adverse effects of the latter: no bad smell and bad breath, no cigarette burns, no more dirty ashtrays, less likelihood of getting cancer and other smoking-affiliated illnesses – you get the drift. In short, vaping is the name given to the use of a vaporizer. The process involves applying heat to a liquid which generates vapor. The user, called a vaper (smoker in traditional cigarette circles) gets their nicotine hit through inhaling the almost odorless vapor (smoking equivalent of ‘smoke’).
My precious daughter!! Thank you for thinking of me. I have been vaping for 9 days and I only smoked 2 packs of cigs rather than 9. I feel so much better and I'm able to sleep up to 7 hours a night rather than 4 or 5. Mom
This depends on how much and for how long have you been smoking. Detoxification needs aerobic exercises alongwith balanced food intake . Respiratory / Breathing exercises help in improving the power of lungs . It's only in old age you would realize that indulgence carries a price tag , a bill borne only by you .
Prevention is better than cure.Smoking a Peace pipe is OK.Do not pursue pleasure. But if an opportunity presents itself, go ahead without inhibitions.Beware, not to get addicted to anything, dost.Global Humanisation [email protected]

I quit almost 7 years ago. I got cancer and had radical surgery, radiation and chemo done all within a year. I smoked 35+ years; I put 'em down. I won't go back. I'm healthier. I can breathe much much better; deep breaths. I can exercise without shortness of breath. But didn't know to detox the lungs. I knew the lungs would repair but to detox woud help them recover faster. I have started the process and will continue for the month. Thank you for the information.
