10 Quick Tips To Detox And Bonus Green Smoothie Recipe

Blend 4 leaves of kale (1-2 cups), 1 small apple, 1 small pear, 1 Tbsp natural almond butter, 4 oz Unsweetened almond milk, water and ice. Have the smoothie every morning. Ingredients

• 4 leaves of kale (1-2 cups chopped)

• Water (enough to make the drink smooth)
• Ice – optional, for serving
