It's not just sugar. When you have diabetes you have to limit your carbs: NO BAGELS! Limit bread, potatoes, etc

Hve it slice thinly mix wth a little bit of salt & tumeric (powder or fresh)...deep-fry it and become crispy & crunchy...strangely its less bitter... :D
