i tried but cant take it with salt or anything,fried lil bit mayb better, wish i cud coz they say its good for diabetese, i dont drink or take sugar in anything still i have diabetese,

Bitter melon soup is very yummy or you can make a bitter melon salad that is both healthy and tasty.
Hve it slice thinly mix wth a little bit of salt & tumeric (powder or fresh)...deep-fry it and become crispy & crunchy...strangely its less bitter... :D
